50 residents in Grass Valley area briefly lose power

A power outage affected 50 Grass Valley-area customers for an hour and a half Sunday, according to Pacific Gas and Electric Co. The outage started at 1:39 p.m. and power was restored at 3:01 p.m., Michael McColl, spokesman for PG&E, said Sunday. The outage was tree-related, he said.
