Town: Grass Valley.

My family: Mom, dad, and three brothers.

School: Sierra College.

Year: Sophomore.

My best subject: Art.

The subject that I find hardest: Math.

My proudest moment: When I reached third grade, I was pretty proud.

What I was like when I was in kindergarten: I think I was kind of shy and curious, but I can’t really remember.

How my friends would describe me: One friend I know would call me beautiful. Another friend would call me funny … an amazing artist.

If you knew only one thing about me, this is what it should be: That I love to be alive.

The one thing that always makes me laugh: My brother, Joel.

My favorite movie, and why: “Waking Life,” because it’s an artistic masterpiece.

The best book I’ve ever read, and why: “The Riddle of Stars,” by Patricia McKillip. It’s masterly written. The writing is poetic and the plot is really well played out and the characters are fascinating.

My favorite music: I don’t really have a favorite kind of music; I enjoy a wide spectrum.

My hobbies and interests: Art, writing, reading and hanging out with friends.

The place I’d like most to visit: Santa Cruz.

What I want to do with my life: Help other people.

What I plan to do to reach my goals: Pursue art and help other people.

The one thing I’d like to give the world: Myself.
