Twila Grigg

Memorial services for Twila M. Grigg of Grass Valley will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Bible Church in Grass Valley.

Mrs. Grigg died Thursday, April 18, at home. She was 75.



She was born March 17, 1927, in Challis, Idaho, to James and Bernice Parks.




She attended Nevada City High School. She married Mathew Grigg on April 26, 1942, in Carson City, Nev.

She was an accountant for the California Department of Water Resources for 16 years.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed oil painting and quilting.

She is survived by her husband, Mathew Grigg of Grass Valley; son, Darwin M. Grigg of Idaho Falls, Idaho; daughter, Pamela Lynn Lessin of Irvine; brother, John Parks of Grass Valley; sister, Sharon McAfferty of Grass Valley; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Foothills.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Neptune Society of Grass Valley.
