Lady Niners—New Officers for 2019

As 2018 closed, the LWW Lady Niners celebrated with a large gathering of the 100 plus membership.
Present this year were 10 past captains. Outgoing Captain Cyndi Yano introduced Patti Haney and the fun began. The Women's Chorus Chimers lead by Mary Scoval played several Christmas Carols and then the membership joined in. Beautiful sounds were heard coming from the Lake Room at the Community Center.
Luncheon was served by Katey and her staff from At Your Service. Raves were heard for her Greens Salad with Pear Champagne Vinaigrette and Chicken and Apricot Fillo Pie and followed by a Bread Pudding with Rum Cherry Sauce.
The installation of officers with many thanks to the ones that have contributed many hours over this past year and then the introduction by Jan Hill of the new Board.

The list of low net for the month of November is Linda Campbell 35 & 31, Dawn Castaldo 34, Cyndi Yano 35, Terry Scalisi 35, Patricia O'Toole 35 times 2, Deborah Stein 33, Nita Edwards 33, Jerri Morello 35, and Sharon Meyer 35.
The following chip-ins were made in November Dawn Castaldo , Marilyn Heald and Lonni Hoyt on 11/6/18.
Betty Moyles broke 50 with a score of 44.
Linda Campbell took home the prize for monthly low score in November with 31.
Claire Ross and Annette Saavedra presented this month's winner of the drawing of low net Betty Moyles and chip-ins Peggy Guilday their wonderful prizes.
Patti Haney for Barbara Tagg presented the most improved golfer for the year. Cathy Jones has received August improved golfer pin, Doris Heisler received October's improved golfer pin and Jerri Morello received November's pin. The Most Improved Golfer for the year is Jerri Morello.
Lonni Hoyt did the birthdays and we all sang Happy Birthday to the Niners with birthdays. Cyndi Yano followed with the announcement of the Volunteer of the Year, Claire Ross for all her hard work week after week as tournament chair.
Cyndi Yano closed the meeting with her message which she kept light and then the meeting was over. 2018 has come to it close and 2019 will soon be beginning. Come join the fun. — Bambi Flanigan
