Camp Fire Commemoration Event
Friday, November 8th marks the one-year anniversary of the devastating Paradise fire that left so many of us homeless. Left with the difficult decision of whether to rebuild or replace our homes, many of us chose to replace. The question then was where? The town of Grass Valley offered a similar climate, population and friendliness.
We soon discovered that some Paradise refugees were settling in the gated community of Lake Wildwood. Many of us rented at first, testing the waters. It wasn’t long before we decided that this was where we wanted to rebuild our lives.
We would like to invite anyone else who has resettled here in LWW from Paradise to join us in commemorating the event and to celebrate moving to this beautiful community.”
We will plan on meeting for dinner at the Oaks Clubhouse on November 8th at 6:00 PM. Please RSVP Jerri Batson at 530-717-7488.
