Stolen instruments from Foggy Mountain Music found

Over half the stolen goods taken from Foggy Mountain Music during a break-in last week were found off North Bloomfield Road. A passer-by called Grass Valley Police around 7:00 a.m. this morning to report the discovery.

$4,000 worth of guitars, keyboard and a large drum set were found neatly stacked by the road with the price tags still attached.

GVPD has the names of a few suspects that they are pursuing. The police say the suspects are adults, not juveniles.

“They probably dumped it because it was hot merchandise, they probably knew we were on their trail,” said Grass Valley Police Capt. Dave Remillard.

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with more information should contact the Grass Valley Police Department at 477-4600.
