Stanley Warn

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., May 26, at Belfair Community Baptist Church, 23300 NE State Route 3, Belfair, Wash., for Stanley Warn.

Mr. Warn passed away on May 13. He was 70.

Mr. Warn was born in 1936 in California. He lived on a dairy ranch in Oakdale and was involved in 4-H and FFA. In his late teens, the family moved to the Bay Area where he met his wife, Doris. They married in 1957.



The family lived in Grass Valley for 28 years, where they owned and operated Homespun Creations. Mr. Warn later worked as a book-keeper/office manager at Calvary Bible Church in Grass Valley and as an administrative assistant for the FREED Center for Independent Living. At his death, Mr. Warn resided in Centralia, Wash.

He enjoyed decorating and making floral arrangements for his church and special events. His Christian faith was an important part of his life.




Mr. Warn is survived by Doris Warn, his wife of 50 years; son, Steve Warn of Bremerton, Wash.; brother, Dennis of Ventura; and grandchildren Bekki of Ellensburg, Wash., Andy of Bremerton, Wash., Jenni of Poulsdo, Wash., Danny of Bremerton, Wash., and Nicky Baker of Ellensburg.
