St. Mary’s looks to continue Cinderella run

The No. 10 seeded St. Mary’s Gaels hope to continue their miracle run through the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament today when they tip off against the No. 3 seeded Baylor Bears at about 4:30 p.m. on CBS in the Sweet Sixteen.

St. Mary’s (Moraga, Calif.) is the last West Coast team remaining after the University of Washington fell to West Virginia Thursday night.

Other action today includes a 4 p.m. tipoff between No. 2 Ohio State and No. 6 Tennessee; a 6:30 p.m. clash between No. 5 Michigan State and No. 9 Northern Iowa; and a 7 p.m. start for No. 1 Duke and No. 4 Purdue. All games are televised on CBS.
