‘SPIRIT in the Spring’ and the ‘Empowerment March’

Thanks to the volunteers who made our event a success for the SPIRIT Peer Empowerment Center. The many marchers from various service organizations put the spirit of community into the March to Stomp Out Stigma. The 49er Rotary Club, NAMI, and the SPIRIT Center Culinary Committee provided wonderful food. Local musicians – Joey McCutchen, Dan Scanlan, Robert Russell, Gopal Slavonic and friends made for a festive time. SPIRIT’s Beading Class sold their fine jewelry. Grass Valley Florist provided beautiful flowers. A great time was had by all.
