Sinclair Broadcasting bias

Sinclair Broadcasting’s obvious timing in airing the libelous attack on John Kerry, “Stolen Honor,” flies in the face of public trust. SB has timed the broadcasts so that the fines that will accrue from the filed complaints to the Federal Elections Commission will fall AFTER the dirtiest election in this shamed nation’s history. The Federal Communications Commission needs to hear that if this political bias is allowed to air, it is imperative that a rebuttal like “Going Upriver” be broadcast concurrently, as SB’s well-financed smear-tactic makes a mockery of media regulation.
