Sierra Originals – Dragonfly’s Cranberry-Ginger Chutney

Dragonfly’s Cranberry-Ginger Chutney

1 pkg. frozen cranberries (12 oz.)

1 C water



1 C sugar

2 Tb. ginger – finely chopped




1 Tb. lemon zest

2 Tb. olive oil

Saute ginger and zest with oil in saucepan. Add everything else. Bring to a boil, stirring gently a couple times. Cool in refrigerator.
