Seminar for seniors addresses “downsizing”

Hilltop Commons Independent Living Senior Community will be hosting a seminar for seniors specifically addressing downsizing, real estate strategies and other pertinent information for the growing senior population, as they look to the future.

The event will be at 1 p.m. June 5 in the common area at Hilltop. Light appetizers and drinks will be provided, and four professional speakers will be offer their advice on specific senior-related services.

Topics will include making a successful transition from home sale to a retirement community and how to “downsize” successfully; selling your home in today’s market; how to have a successful estate sale; and how to decorate smaller spaces.



The event is free, although reservations are strongly recommended due to limited space. Call 530-272-5274 to RSVP for your seat at this informative seminar.
