See raptors in talk about helping injured animals

Rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife ” including raptors ” will be discussed tonight in Nevada City.

Some raptors will be on hand to give their own powerful teachings in the event presented by the Nevada County Land Trust and Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release. Organization members will tell how they nurse wild creatures back to health.

It’s from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Madelyn Helling Library Community Room, next to the Rood Center on Highway 49 in Nevada City.

The suggested donation is $5. Call the Land Trust at 272-5994 for more information.
