Sacorra Kiley

A memorial Mass for Sacorra G. Kiley of Grass Valley will be celebrated at 11 a.m. March 9 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Grass Valley. Burial will be at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Ms. Kiley died Sunday, Feb. 17, in a local hospital. She was 75.



She was born Sept. 2, 1926, in Woodland to Sacramento and Greogoria Sabala. She was raised in Santa Clara County. ]




She worked in the electronic manufacturing field for more than 40 years. She moved to Grass Valley in 1989.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, the Empire Mine Association and AARP. She enjoyed gardening and traveling with a senior travel group.

She is survived by her sisters Lucy Lincoln of Grass Valley, Helen Chavez of Los Banos, Margaret Limon of Santa Margarita, Pauline Morales of Auburn and Candi Martinez of San Jose; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph Sabala in 1985 and Manuel Sabala in 1973, and sister Gloria Gonzales in 1991.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Aid Thrift Store, Hospice of the Foothills or Living Well Thrift.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
