Grace Lutheran Church

The people of Grace Lutheran Church welcome you to experience the peace and presence of Christ in your life as we continue to explore the meaning of Easter as the resurrection of Christ affects all our lives. Pastor Degner’s sermon theme this week will be “Love is Commanded,” based on the words of Jesus recorded in John 15: As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.” Often times we are not loving to one another. Too many times we are not even considerate to each other. What does it mean to love – truly love? Jesus not only tells us, He demonstrates what it means to love. It is a lonely and desperate existence when one is separated from the love of God.
