Public Workshop on City of Grass Valley Development Impact Fee Study

An informational workshop on the City of Grass Valley’s Development Impact Fee Study has been scheduled at 10 a.m. today in the Hullender Room of Grass Valley City Hall, 125 East Main.

The City of Grass Valley has retained MAXIMUS to prepare this study to analyze the impacts of development on the City’s capital facilities and to calculate development impact fees based on that analysis. The Project Manager for the study will be available from 10 a.m. to noon to go over the study with the public and to answer any questions. Public comments are welcomed and encouraged during the review process.

Chapters of the study under discussion for this meeting include Parks, Water System, Wastewater System, Drainage, Administrative and General Government, Traffic and Circulation Improvements.
