Agenda: Tentative final map to subdivide 40 acres on Allison Ranch Road into 13 residential lots; General Plan amendment for rezone of a lot in Loma Rica Industrial Park from a public designation to light industrial; Use permit application for a landscape materials yard and retail business on Penn Valley Drive; Tentative Final Map to create 12 residential lots off LaBarr Pines Drive south of Grass Valley.
