Prospector deadline changes

Due to changes in The Union’s production schedule, Prospector deadlines will be moved up starting this Friday.

Instead of being printed Wednesday nights, the Prospector will be printed Tuesday nights. It will still be inserted in Thursday’s paper.

Nevada County launches grant program


On Tuesday, the Nevada County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved $2 million to launch a new “Community Resiliency Grants” program with funds from the American Rescue Plan Act, a news release states.
