Police called out just so man can ‘say hi’

At 1:33 a.m. Thursday, a caller on the 400 block of Marshall Street reported that there were drunk people in his yard. Police were not able to find anyone in the caller’s yard. The caller later said that he had been drinking and “just wanted to say hi.”
