Police blotter: Several screaming incidents

Friday

9:17 a.m. ­— A caller reported a woman screaming while walking toward a grocery store on Highway 49 near Flume Street.



9:39 a.m. — A caller reported a red car was doing doughnuts around 2 a.m. in a parking lot on the 29300 block of Highway 49; the caller said the car’s maneuvers flung gravel onto her property, breaking windows.

10:05 a.m. — A caller on the 13000 block of Asphodel Circle reported someone stole the license plate and registration tags off their vehicle.




11:24 a.m. — A caller reported a man in a car pulling in and out of several driveways near Lowden Lane and Apache Trail.

12:08 p.m. — A caller reported a woman in the roadway on Highway 49 near Pleasant Valley Road; the caller said the woman was yelling profanities and flipping people off.

12:31 p.m. — A caller reported hearing screaming for about 25 minutes on the 10500 block of Bonanza Way.

1:24 p.m. — A caller reported four young children at the end of a driveway near McDaniel and Black roads; the caller said one of the children jumped in front of their vehicle, causing the driver to swerve.

1:37 p.m. — A caller reported the theft of a Weedeater and compressor from a house on the 16100 block of Pasquale Road.

2:35 p.m. — A caller reported a woman standing in the roadway and yelling at people near the intersection of Highway 49 and Cemetery Alley.

4:30 p.m. — A caller reported hearing yelling coming from a residence on the 13600 block of Buttercup Court.

5:41 p.m. ­­— A caller requested a juvenile be cited for breaking the front lights, windshield, back window and driver’s side mirror of the caller’s vehicle.

6:11 p.m. — A caller reported an injured horse on his property on the 11700 block of Black Road.

7:06 p.m. — A caller reported a woman knocking on doors near Fawcett and Butler streets; the caller said the woman was carrying a suitcase and seemed confused.

8:16 p.m. — A caller reported seeing several vehicles approaching a house on the 11500 block of Lower Colfax Road; the caller told authorities the house has been vacant for the past year. Authorities determined the vehicles belonged to the home’s new tenants.

9:00 p.m. — A caller reported the previous tenant in a home on the 12300 block of North Bloomfield-Granite had left several marijuana plants and old cars on the property, and was refusing to move them.

9:45 p.m. — A caller on the 11300 block of Caroline Lane reported the front doors to their house had been kicked in and their house ransacked.

9:48 p.m. — A caller on the 11000 block of Hutto Road reported someone shining a bright green laser into her horses’ eyes, scaring the animals.

10:01 p.m. — A caller reported what appeared to be a bottle of urine and other trash in the upper parking lot of a school on the 16600 block of Annie Drive.

Saturday

3:55 a.m. — A caller on the 11100 block of Red Dog Road reported hearing a man screaming profanities outside.

7:05 a.m. — A caller on the 14500 block of Bar Ela Ranch Road reported an unoccupied vehicle in her home’s driveway.

7:13 a.m. — A caller on the 10400 block of Boulder Street reported damage to several mailboxes on the street.

9:48 a.m. — A caller on the 13700 block of La Barr Meadows Road reported a camper parked on his property without permission.

1:47 p.m. — A caller reported an abandoned vehicle on his property on the 12200 block of Murphy Road.

2:25 p.m. — A caller on the 15300 block of Banner Lava Cap Road reported that a man was calling her asking where his wife and children were; the caller said she did not know the man.

4:22 p.m. — A caller reported that someone put glue in the locks of an outhouse located on the 14600 block of Wild Duck Lane; the caller also said someone threw rocks and nails in the sand surrounding a nearby pond.

6:57 p.m. — A caller reported a couple with a baby driving through a parking lot on the 17400 block of Penn Valley Drive and arguing with people.

8:25 p.m. — A caller on the 14600 block of Sky Pines Road reported someone had illegally dumped trash and a travel trailer on her property.

8:39 p.m. — A caller near Marjon Drive and Ridge Road told authorities his ex-girlfriend had hacked into his phone and installed an app that allows her to intercept his text messages.

11:16 p.m. — A woman on Willow Valley Road reported a loud party taking place nearby.

Sunday

2:34 a.m. — A caller near Jodette Lane and Rattlesnake Road reported hearing a group of people fighting and yelling for help nearby.

6:17 a.m. — A caller on the 26600 block of Table Meadow Road reported two men tried to break into his barn before fleeing in a gas-powered golf cart.

8:46 a.m. — A caller reported a woman screaming in front of a restaurant on the 29300 block of Highway 49.
