Philip Kadubec

A private memorial service will be conducted for Philip Joseph Kadubec of Smartville.

Mr. Kadubec died Saturday, Oct. 19, at home. He was 70.

He was born July 4, 1932, in Astonia, N.Y. He had lived in Smartville for seven years.



He was a retired probation officer from Alameda County. He was a member of the Mason Nevada Lodge No. 13 in Nevada City.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Kadubec of Smartville; sons Mark Kadubec of San Francisco and Jeff Rutherford of Rocklin; daughter, Jennifer Hawks of Sonora; and four grandchildren.
