Petite Panache to play annual show

Petite Panache will present its annual concert sponsored by Twin Cities Concert Association Sunday in Grass Valley.

The Petite Panache ensemble features chamber music by Nevada County professional artists.



Sunday’s repertoire includes Reinecke’s Sonata for Flute and Piano, Op. 167; Weber’s Trio for Piano, Flute and Cello, Op. 63; and Brahms’ Sonata for Piano and Cello in E minor, Op. 38.




Performers will be Dr. Aileen James on piano, Horatio (Ray) Edens on cello and Yael Ronen on flute.

A preconcert forum is at 1:15 p.m. The concert begins at 2 p.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church on the corner of Highway 174 and Osborne Hill Road.

Tickets are $14 general, $12 for seniors, $5 for college students and free for children.
