Art created by patients and support group members will be featured Wednesday during the seventh annual Sierra Nevada Cancer Center Art Exhibit & Reception.

On display will be paintings, clay work and multi-media pieces created in adult and children’s support groups led by Margie Miller, Ursula Freymuth and Jeanine Bryant.

The reception will be from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Cancer Center, located adjacent to the Outpatient Center at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, 155 Glasson Way in Grass Valley.

Selected works will be displayed year-round in the facility’s lobby, said Ayse Turkseven, Cancer Center manager. Call 274-6872 for more information.
