PAT LAROSA

Pat LaRosa of Grass Valley went home to be with the Lord Aug. 5. She was 74.

Services will be held at Sierra Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Scott Dickson will officiate. The date is pending.

Mrs. LaRosa was born Dec. 28, 1933, in Rockland, Maine, to Victor and Dorothy Ramey. She was married to Victor LaRosa. She was a member of Sierra Presbyterian Church and the Senior Center. She liked puzzles and bingo, and especially enjoyed hosting weekly coffee with her friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.



Mrs. LaRosa is survived by her children, Mel Sawyer of Boulder City, Nev., and Patricia Hinzman of Portland, Ore.; grandchildren Kris, Lea, Kanon, Logan, Morgan, Jessica, Jenny and Leon; 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor LaRosa, and daughters Vicki Small and Deborah Dennis.




Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper & Weaver Mortuary in Nevada City.
