UPDATE: 877 PG&E customers without power in South County

According to PG&E, the number of customers without power has dropped to 877.

Over 1,000 PG&E customers in South County are without power, the utility states.

Crews were en route to the area — roughly northeast of Lake of the Pines, along Magnolia and Dog Bar roads — around 5:16 p.m. to assess the problem, which began at 4:23 p.m. Monday.



The estimated restoration time is 8 p.m. today.
