Obituary of Marshall Ford

Marshall Ford passed away on May 26, 2016 in Nevada City. He was 22 years old. He was born in Auburn, CA on Nov. 21, 1993. Marshall was known by his loved ones as Sha Sha. He loved to skateboard, free style rap, and play Magic, the card game. Marshall was kind, gentle, wise, full of laughter, love and had an amazing smile. You touched us all. Knowing you and loving you has been one of the greatest honors of a lifetime. Go with peace as you continue your journey after death. He is survived by his mother, Tarra DiGiurco; dad, Shawn Jay; brother, Ian Jay; sisters and brothers-in-law Elsie and Greg Lopin and Amy Phillips-Paone and Jason Paone; nieces and nephews, Michael and Marley Lopin and Jordan, Logan and Madison Paone; aunt Dani; uncle Doug; cousins Christopher and Tom DiGiurco; and grandmother Patsy DiGiurco. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Frank DiGiurco. Arrangements are under direction of Hooper & Weaver

Mortuary. Celebration of Life will be held on at 4:00 pm, Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the stage at Western Gateway Park.
