Obituary of Joyce Marie Dahm

Joyce Marie Dahm passed away peacefully at home, March 30, 2019. Born in Oklahoma to Clyde and Margaret Pollock December 17, 1951. Joyce was the second of eight children. She is survived by her son Virgil L Dahm, grandchildren VJ and Rachel, daughter Nancy Dahm, and grandchildren Steven, Larry, and Shawnti, as well as brothers Sonny, Joe and Clyde Pollock, sisters Sharon Pollock and Pearl Ennis. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Earnest Pollock.

Joyce worked for many years as the head of housekeeping at Spring Hill Manor, was a private in-home housekeeper and caregiver to several residents of Nevada County, as well as an active volunteer at the Nevada City Hospice Thrift Store and the Penn Valley Volunteer Fire Department Thrift. Joyce was loved by all who knew her. A strong lady to the end. She will be forever loved and missed. Rest in peace Mom. We love you.
