Obituary of John Austin Crowley Jr.

John Crowley Jr.

John Austin Crowley Jr. passed peacefully with his wife and daughter by his side, on Jan. 24, 2016.

John was raised in the little town of Washington and graduated from Nevada Union. John was a decorated Vietnam veteran who reveled in sharing his knowledge of “all things life” with anyone who would listen and loved travelling. He was a giver of advice, love, and grumpiness.

“Grumpy” will be missed by his wife Claudia; his daughters, Kellie (Edward) and Jennifer (Chad); and his grandchildren; his sister Joann Burdick; and his nieces and nephews.

Visitation and Funeral Service will be held from 9 and 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1, respectfully at Lambert Funeral Home 916-783-0474. Burial will follow at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California.
