Obituary of Jeffrey Alan Shields

Jeffrey Alan Shields passed away Jan. 29, 2016. He was 57.

Jeff lived in Cascade Shores for more than 15 years. Jeff was a member of the New Warriors Men’s Organization, Bridge Gender Communication Group, and a Lifetime Member of the LoveWorks Relationship Training. He was a Teamster Baker, Propane Driver, small plane pilot, aircraft mechanic, forest firefighter and organic dairy worker. He retired in 2015. He loved photography, beauty and the canine family. His beloved sweetheart and partner is Vanita Lott, Nurse-Midwife.

He is survived by his mom Cecilia Conway and his stepsister Cindy Conway.

There will be a Catholic Mass and luncheon at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 12 at Veronica’s in So. San Francisco. A Grass Valley Memorial will take place at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14 at Wild Mountain Yoga’s Grass Valley Studio, with a reception to follow.
