Obituary of Beverly Jean Miner

Beverly Jean Miner passed away peacefully, at home, on November 2, 2018. She was 73.
A service will be held at 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Sierra Pines United Methodist Church at 22559 Hacienda Dr. Grass Valley.
Mrs. Miner was born August 16, 1945, to Herman and Doris Dargatz. She was born in Bakersfield CA. and was raised on their family ranch in Buttonwillow.
She married Robert Miner on December 29, 1961. They were married nearly 57 years. They had a son and daughter.
In 1964, after Roberts time in the service they moved to Lincoln CA. to operate the family turkey ranch. In 1968, they moved to McKittrick CA. where they operated a gas station and Beverly worked in her mother's restaurant. In 1971, they moved to Grass Valley to work in the logging industry.
Beverly worked at various jobs throughout the years. She was an extremely hard worker and could do anything from restaurant work, book keeping to driving a water truck. Her most rewarding job was being a loving wife to Robert and taking care of her family. Her passion was cooking, gardening and taking care of her animals. She is loved so very much and will be greatly missed.
Beverly is survived by her husband Robert; son Ron (Bobbi) Miner; daughter Debi Moule; grandchildren Andrea (Jeff) Hansen, Nicholas Moule, Heather (Jeff) Sunderland, Madeline (Lucas) Feil and Isabel Moule; great grandchildren Savannah and Russell Hansen.
Beverly was also looking forward to the birth of her latest great grandson (Sawyer Garten) due in March.
She was preceded in death by her brother Paul David Dargatz; mother Doris Dargatz and father Herman Dargatz.
Arrangements are in the care of Lassila Funeral Chapel in Auburn.
