NU to hold meeting for parents of new freshmen

Saturday the Nevada Union High School staff will host an informational meeting for parents of current eight grade students who will be attending NUHS next fall.

The meeting will take place in the Don Baggett Theater and will include two sessions. The first session begins at 10 a.m. and will be for parents of children attending Lyman Gilmore, Union Hill, Yuba River Charter, School of the Arts, and Grass Valley Charter schools.

The second session begins at 1 p.m. and will be for parents whose children are attending Seven Hills, Pleasant Valley, Mt. Saint Mary’s, Ready Springs, Grizzly Hill and all other schools should attend this session. This informational meeting is for parents only and will discuss the registration process, programs and classes offered at NUHS.
