Nina Chileski

Nina Chileski died Sept. 21 in Grass Valley. She was 90.

No service will be held.

She was born on Nov. 15, 1919, in Tacoma, Wash., to Dela Panduth and Suzie Ziegler. On March 20, 1937, she married Steve Chileski.



Mrs. Chileski was a lifelong housewife and enjoyed making little scrapbooks for family members. She belonged to Eastern Star and was a 50-year member of White Shrine.

She was happy and laughed all of her life. She enjoyed her time at Spring Hill Manor in Grass Valley and loved the caring, professional staff.




Mrs. Chileski is survived by sons, George (Karen) Chileski of Grass Valley, and Glen Chileski of Grass Valley; grandchildren, Debra Kent of Roseville, Calif., Cindy French of El Dorado Hills, Calif., Aaron (Kelly) Chileski of Oak Harbor, Wash., and Melissa (Kevin) Brevard of Nevada City; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Steve Chileski.
