‘Wreaths Across America’ remembers fallen heroes

Saturday was “Wreaths Across America” at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as other cemeteries around the country — including Nevada County. Wreaths are placed at grave sites honoring those who have died serving their country. Nancy Brost took this photo of Ambassador John Christopher Stevens’ grave site in Grass Valley. Stevens, who died in 2012, was a U.S. Ambassador to Libya.
