Waste Management announces new recycling coordinator for Nevada County

Waste Management is pleased to announce the addition of Allison Miller as the recycling coordinator for Waste Management in Nevada County. In this role, Miller will conduct community outreach by providing the public with education about recycling often and recycling right.

Miller has spent her career advocating for recycling and environmental solutions. Prior to joining Waste Management, she worked as the recycling technician at Nevada County, where she educated schoolchildren and residents of multifamily complexes about the importance of diverting waste. In addition, she has received recycling and zero waste training from the U.S. Zero Waste Business Council and the California Resource Recovery Association.
