Training focuses on mental health faced by military families

A “Mental Health First Aid Training Clinic” focusing on issues faced my military families is free and open to the public.

The training is geared toward veterans or family members who have faced mental health issues or would like to learn more.

The clinic will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 29 and Sept. 12 at Sierra Pines United Methodist Church, 22559 W. Hacienda Dr.in Grass Valley, near Lake of the Pines.
