Soroptimists now accepting grant proposals

Soroptimist International of the Sierra Foothills is announcing the availability of funds offered to nonprofit 501(c)(3) agencies or organizations that improve the lives of women and children in the community and throughout the world.

SISF has designated $7,000 to fund grants for service programs consistent with their mission statement. Grant applications should focus on programs that support women and children. In 2014-15, SISF awarded $46,000 to community service, education and scholarships.
