Nevada Union’s annual ‘College and Career Night’ features reps from over 10 schools Oct. 6

Nevada Union High School is holding their annual College and Career Night from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 6, beginning in the NU cafeteria. This is a valuable evening for all high school students and parents. Early Bird Workshops start at 6:30 p.m., with three seminars to choose from: Beyond High School: Keys to Funding Success; Engineer Pathways and Career Opportunities; and The Future of Nursing and Health Careers.

Break-out Sessions will follow from 7 to 8:30 p.m., with workshops on college admissions, preparing for the SAT, NCAA eligibility, financial aid, career choices and more. Additionally, admissions representatives and alumni will be present from over ten colleges, including UC’s, CSU’s and Stanford.
