Nevada Union High School’s Walkathon helps local students

Nevada Union High School students, teachers and administrators will be taking part in the school’s annual Walkathon, scheduled for September 23. Walkers will depart the NUHS campus at 9:30 a.m. and follow a two mile loop, which includes Hughes Road, East Main Street, and Sierra College Drive. In addition to raising funds for various clubs, athletics and enrichment programs, the event is also designed to build community among students and staff.
