Nevada County artist donates work to Sierra Presbyterian craft fair

Quilter Ruby Foster is donating her first-place winning quilt from the 2015 Nevada County Fair to the Sierra Presbyterian Church Craft Boutique and Bistro.

Renown quilter Ruby Foster is donating her first-place winning quilt from the 2015 Nevada County Fair to the Sierra Presbyterian Church Craft Boutique and Bistro. The quilt will be raffled off at the close of the Boutique which runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 16, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 17. Besides the quilt, other artisan goods will be raffled, including jewelry, antiques, homemade jams, holiday décor and many other for-sale items. Soup, salad and a dessert bistro will be available to fortify shoppers. For more information, call Sierra Presbyterian Church at 530-265-3291.
