More health care providers needed for free health clinic

California CareForce is looking for more health care providers to volunteer at the free health care clinic happening this Saturday and Sunday at the Grass Valley Veterans Memorial Hall. More dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants are needed for Sunday to perform dental exams, cleanings, extractions, fillings and x-rays. Also needed are additional optometrists, ophthalmologists and opticians for both Saturday and Sunday to help with eye exams, glaucoma testing, and grinding brand new glasses on site. All equipment is set up two days prior to the clinic for the health care providers. The CareForce is prepared to serve 500 patients each day, provided there are enough health care providers volunteering. Volunteers need to register online at http://www.californiacareforce.org.
