Meet local farmers at Sierra Harvest Soup Night Feb. 16

Join Sierra Harvest for dinner tonight and enjoy a hearty soup with local fresh bread. The event allows community members to connect with local farmers and learn about their unique farm-direct sales, including farm cards, flowers, locally pasture-raised beef, and more.

Adult admission is $10 for adults and kids eat free. Bring your own bowls and spoons. Attendees will have a chance to win a cooking class at the Briar Patch or packets of seeds from Peaceful Valley Farm Supply. All proceeds support Sierra Harvest’s mission to educate, inspire, and connect Nevada County families to fresh, local, seasonal food. Sierra Harvest Soup Night will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. tonight at the Grass Valley Elks Lodge, 109 School Street in Grass Valley.
