Klein has a master’s degree in public policy with a focus in economics and state and local politics from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in modern U.S. history from University of California, Santa Cruz.

He has interned with the United States Senate and the House of Representatives. There is no fee for the lecture, but an RSVP is requested. RSVP to arlene@arlenewaxman.com.
