Fast and Fit’s Community Shred fundraiser

Fast and Fit, Women’s Gym and Personal Training Studio is hosting their fifth annual Community Shred Fundraiser in support of Animal Save and Sammie’s Friends.

The fundraiser will take place from 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 17 in the Fast and Fit Parking Lot at the Village Center, 760 S. Auburn Street, Grass Valley, close to McKnight Way. Watch for event sign on roadside.

The community is invited to bring boxes, approximately 10 x 12 x 15 (or use brown bags or file storage boxes), of personal documents, tax records, check book registers, credit cards, employee records, business documents and photographs to be shredded on-site by Secure Record Management of Auburn. All documents should be removed from three ring binders.

For more than a dozen boxes to be shredded, please call ahead so arrangements can be made to transport your shredding to Auburn for shredding at the Secure Record Management site.

Staff will be available to assist with unloading boxes and request that empty boxes be taken home.

A $5 per box donation is suggested. Checks should be made payable to Secure Record Management.

Prior arrangements can be made to drop off boxes the day before and a donation made at that time.

Call 530-273-5862 for more details.
