Dine out for Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release in Nevada County

Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release (WR&R) is joining with many of Nevada County’s favorite restaurants and breweries for several special nights during the spring and summer. Take the whole family out for dinner at one of the following restaurants and WR&R will receive a portion of the proceeds from that evening. And as a special attraction, the wildlife ambassadors will be in attendance at some of the venues. All proceeds go to the continued rehabilitation and release of injured or abandoned native wildlife, birds and bats. “Dine Out or Wildlife” dates include:

Aug. 6: Smiley Guys, 131 Joerschke Dr., Grass Valley, 5-9 p.m.

Aug. 21: Ol’ Republic Brewery, 124 Argall Way, Nevada City, 4 -8 p.m.

Wildlife Ambassadors will be in attendance at all venues except Matteo’s.
