The Wolf Creek Community Alliance (WCCA), a citizen group dedicated to protecting and restoring Wolf Creek, now has a water quality laboratory at the Nevada Irrigation District campus in Grass Valley. The little building, being leased to the group for $1 per month, was dedicated Wednesday morning.
