Nevada Union choir seeks chaperones for Europe tour

The Nevada Union Choir is looking for chaperones for its Europe tour from June 19 through July 2.

The choir will visit Germany, Poland and Czech Republic doing concerts in Prague, Krakow, Wroclaw and Berlin.

The NU choir has toured Europe since 1981. The traveling group usually consists of 55 students and 15 chaperones. There’s however space for more adults.

All chaperones must be at least 25-years-old. The cost of the trip is $3,500 which covers all costs of the trip including airfare, lodging, three meals a day, city tours, transportation and museum entrance fees.

Those interested to act as chaperones can contact Rod or Juli Baggett at 272-4688 or Barry Kerr at 272-5910. Those not able to join the trip but interested to contribute, are encouraged to donate.

Checks can be made out to the Nevada Union Choir Boosters and can be mailed to Nevada Union High School Choir Department, 11761 Ridge Road, Grass Valley, Calif. 95945.
