Needing attention

There is something about a cat watching you eat oatmeal and cream in the morning, or a resident cow watching you walk up to the compost barrel with a bucket ” “Apples?” No, just a bucket with used coffee grounds in it ” to get your urgent attention, especially when the cow nudges your freshly hung laundry on the line, to change your priorities on the “to do” list.

Priority No. 3: In trying to educate with daily input, “Opinions,” I am rewarded many times with printed thought-provoking letters. But I would like to see more letters desiring, like I am, to see references to national candidates who insist on following the laws of the Constitution. And there is one candidate.

Incidentally, I might add, Margaret Mead reminded us that it “takes one voice!” And in passing, education and health care do not belong on the constitutional agenda, though they do, indeed need attention.
