NCTV to hold meeting about its future tonight

Nevada County TeleVision is holding a meeting to discuss strategies for its future today at 6 p.m.

The public access television station is facing money troubles if negotiations with Comcast, its financial backer, continue to be delayed. Comcast is currently updating its franchise agreements with the cities of Grass Valley and Nevada City and Nevada County. As part of the deal, government officials are trying to secure enough money to keep the station alive and still have room to expand.

The meeting will be held at the NCTV Conference Room at 112 Nevada City Highway in Nevada City.
