Meeting set to discuss new high school superintendent

The Nevada Joint Union High School District will hold a community forum on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Nevada Union High School’s Don Baggett Theater to obtain public input and recommendations for the criteria to be used in selecting a new superintendent.

Ken Matheson of the California School Board Association’s Executive Search Services will be present to moderate the meeting.

If you cannot attend, the district welcomes your input by submitting a superintendent questionnaire to the district office or any school site. You may download a questionnaire from our Web site at http://www.nuhsd.org/ (click on Superintendent and then Superintendent Search 2007 at the right) or pick one up from any of our school sites or the district office.



If you would like to apply to participate on the Selection Advisory Committee, you may download at application at the same Web site or pickup a form at one of our schools.
