Manley Gammalo

Manley Gene Gammalo died June 8 in Nevada City. He was 64.

A private memorial will be held in July.

Mr. Gammalo was born Nov. 25, 1943, in Ohio, the loving son of James and Opal Gammalo. He worked in architectural millwork and design. He enjoyed scouring the area here for gold and making jewelry.



Mr. Gammalo is survived by his daughters Amy and Laura; seven grandchildren; sisters Charlene Wilks and Ivahlee Squires and husband, Bruce; and brother, James Gammalo Jr. and wife, Bev.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Gammalo, and brother-in-law, Tim Wilks.




Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper & Weaver Mortuary in Nevada City.
